In the event of a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per the revised booking conditions as per the offer will be charged the amount of one room night (including any applicable government taxes). 4. The Property reserves the right to evict guests from the property due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety or medical reasons. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, but not limited to, a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the Guest’s responsibility to notify the Property’s management prior to arrival. 12. You may store your valuables in a safe in your room, or the Property may store them upon request. The Property reserves the right to charge a fee for the storage of these items. 13. If the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the Property before storing them.The Property may refuse to store such valuables. 14. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We make every effort to maintain a safe environment and ask our guests to do the same. The Property is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or misplaced while on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves. 15. Items lost on the premises are logged and stored in a secure location. The items are then disposed of or donated to charity. The Property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items recovered from rooms after checkout are only held until the close of business for that day. 16. Claimed items may be collected from the Property with valid identification, or alternatively, the Property may arrange for shipment on behalf of the guest at their expense. 17.
